Yes, Rollney Malaysia's Signature Royal Chocolate Cone is a clear case of looks can be deceiving/don't judge a book by its cover!

This impressive looking ice cream has made its rounds on social media and of course me being the foodie I am had to go try it.

So what's the verdict of their Signature Royal Chocolate Cone?

Unfortunately it is NOT worth the hype or price. At a hefty price of RM18.90, the flavour of the chocolate ice cream is just average, perhaps even slightly under average. Texture is alike soft serve. The only saving grace, surprisingly, is their Kurtos a.k.a Hungarian Chimney Cake 'cone' coated with cinnamon sugar, which is made freshly, upon order. It is soft and has the right amount of sweetness.
